The role.

We are looking for a Marketing and Customer Success Intern to join our team and help us grow our brand awareness and equity. This internship will give you hands-on experience working with a fast-growing startup and an opportunity to work on exciting projects that will make a difference for our users.

As a Marketing Intern, you will:

  • Support the marketing team in executing our content strategy to get brand awareness and equity.
  • Help the customer success team in answering tickets and providing support to users with their feedback.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create messaging that resonates with our target audience.
  • Assist in building communities and engaging with users on social media platforms.
  • Help plan and execute events and webinars to promote the product and attract potential community members.
  • Work with influencers to promote our brand and products.
  • Conduct market research to understand the target audience and competition.
  • Analyze data and provide insights to the marketing team to help improve campaigns and strategies.

Requirements:

  • A passion for marketing, customer success, and productivity.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A creative mindset and willingness to think outside the box.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, marketing tools, and customer success software.
  • Enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
