The role.

We are looking for a Marketing and Customer Success Intern to join our team and help us grow our brand awareness and equity. This internship will give you hands-on experience working with a fast-growing startup and an opportunity to work on exciting projects that will make a difference for our users.

As a Marketing Intern, you will:

Support the marketing team in executing our content strategy to get brand awareness and equity.
Help the customer success team in answering tickets and providing support to users with their feedback.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create messaging that resonates with our target audience.
Assist in building communities and engaging with users on social media platforms.
Help plan and execute events and webinars to promote the product and attract potential community members.
Work with influencers to promote our brand and products.
Conduct market research to understand the target audience and competition.
Analyze data and provide insights to the marketing team to help improve campaigns and strategies.

Requirements:

A passion for marketing, customer success, and productivity.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
A creative mindset and willingness to think outside the box.
Familiarity with social media platforms, marketing tools, and customer success software.
Enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
